Yuto Nagasawa stammt aus Fukuoka, Kyushu. Inzwischen lebt er hingegen in Deutshcland und schafft sich hier zügig einen guten Ruf. unter seinen Auszeichnungen findet sich seit kurzem auch der Gewinn der deutschen World Class. Er schuf in der Düsseldorfer Jahnstr. ein Bar-Kleinod. Die einzigartige, ruhige Atmosphäre japanischer Barkukltur konnte er in den Räumen seiner Bar Hideaway übersetzen.
Die ruhige Eleganz des Menüs, des Raumes und des Barchefs selbst sprechen die klassische Sprache des japanischen Bartendings. Gleichzeitig sind die Drinks für japanische Verhältnisse überaus kontemporär und modern. Gleichzeitig ist seine Bar Hideaway im Finale um die "Beste Neue Bar des Jahres" bei den Mixology Bar Awards dabei...

After joining BAR Kurayoshi, a famous BAR in Fukuoka, he won the first place in Japan twice in competitions organized by the Hotel Barmen’s Association of Japan in 2017.
